When a service on Deno Deploy calls a Worker, and the Worker fetches back to the same Deno service, Cloudflare copies the inbound cdn-loop: deno;d=<hash> header to the outbound subrequest at the C++ edge layer, causing Deno Deploy to return 508 Loop Detected.
