Flywheel Mode

A continuous iteration mode in MetaHarness that borrows the concept of the flywheel effect. The output of each iteration becomes the input of the next, and generated tests are continuously updated, completed and refactored as the codebase is committed, emphasizing a single-line, continuous evolution.
