Concept边界表示 / Boundary Representation
B-rep
Boundary representation (B-rep) is a geometric representation method that describes a three-dimensional solid by means of bounding surfaces and the topology of the solid. In this approach, a solid is defined by its enclosing boundary, which is composed of faces, edges and vertices together with the connectivity relationships among them. B-rep is the foundation of parametric CAD systems and of the STEP data exchange format.
