ClaudeMem
An AI memory-layer tool for sharing memory across agents. It runs silently in the background and supports context sharing and collaboration among agents such as Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. It is local-first and can be self-deployed.
Timeline (last 90 days)
ClaudeMem is a solution that maintains shared memory for multiple AI Agents, enabling one Agent's work output to be directly read and continued by another Agent.
ClaudeMem's design philosophy is 'workflow agnostic', meaning it is a background observer and users do not need to learn a new way of operating to use it.
ClaudeMem's install command is `npx claudemem install`; after execution it asks the user which Agents to use, and checking them completes the connection.
The integrations currently supported by ClaudeMem include T3 Code, DeepSeek, GrokBot and others, among which GrokBot is a more recent addition.
Users can also complete configuration via grok-mem.ai or by directly telling the Agent to 'install ClaudeMem'.
ClaudeMem has been local-first since its inception; users can run their own Docker instance for stronger isolation, and the open-source server can also be self-deployed to a remote environment.
ClaudeMem's paid cloud version has security safeguards.
The creator's real workflow is: set up a work state tracker in Claude Code while remotely handling a large amount of work through ChatGPT's work tab, with all coordination handled by ClaudeMem.
The creator envisioned a single orchestrator Bot similar to GrokBot as the unified entry point for user conversations, while ClaudeMem positions itself as a 'universal memory adapter for all Agents' and does not try to become the scheduling center.
The video is presented by AI automation company Zapier, and the creator of ClaudeMem personally demonstrated the usage flow.
