ECS
A metric measuring the degree to which model outputs depend on external context. A higher score indicates that the model tends to generate content based on input materials rather than parametric memory, and it is commonly used for hallucination detection and information-flow analysis in multi-agent systems.

Design-oriented tools typically only handle code generation, UI components and styling, and their output stops at the local file level; a real development loop requires a series of actions that depend on authenticated calls to cloud vendor APIs, such as creating IAM roles, configuring VPCs, pushing images, and updating Lambda or ECS services.
The behavioral probe reuses two metrics from hallucination analysis: the external context score (ECS) and the parametric knowledge score (PKS).
ECS measures the extent to which a model's output relies on the external context provided in the prompt; PKS measures the extent to which the model draws on the knowledge stored in its own parameters.
The study observed consistent patterns in both controlled and real collective settings: ECS rises as input correlation increases and can distinguish useful multi-source contributions.
As heuristic metrics, the boundaries of the explanatory power of ECS and PKS have not yet been fully characterized.
ECS/Fargate container solutions gain flexibility in runtime duration and resource configuration, but face the dilemma that when users are idle for extended periods, keeping containers running incurs costs, while destroying them causes state loss.
The Unity engine adopts the ECS pattern in its DOTS architecture, organizing entity component data in SoA format and using the Job System to achieve parallel batch processing.
For video CV processing at the MVP stage, it is recommended to use ECS + EC2 GPU instances (such as the g4dn/g5 series) combined with SQS for task pulling.
ECS with EC2 GPU instances can achieve automatic scaling based on SQS queue depth (the ApproximateNumberOfMessagesVisible metric) via Application Auto Scaling.
The author self-hosted a persistent ECS service to run the MLflow Tracking Server rather than using AWS's managed MLflow tracking service, in order to control costs.
