Pidiga
A platform for building WhatsApp automation workflows. Through the MCP protocol it packages common business processes such as appointments, menus, and lead qualification as templates, and supports natural-language configuration and a human-confirmed send mechanism.
Timeline (last 90 days)
MCP adopts a client-server architecture: an LLM application (such as Gemini CLI or Claude Desktop) acts as the client and an external service (such as Pidiga) acts as the server, exposing capabilities such as "tools" and "resources" through JSON-RPC messages.
Pidiga returns a list of built-in templates covering scenarios such as welcome menus, appointment booking, lead qualification and payment follow-up.
Automations created via natural language are saved as disabled by default, preventing a misconfiguration from taking effect externally right away.
Pidiga offers a test-run feature that simulates a "hypothetical customer" going through the conversation without actually sending messages to anyone.
Before going live, Pidiga performs a readiness check, for example confirming that the WhatsApp number is connected, before formally switching to the enabled state.
In the automations section within the Pidiga app, you can see the automations you have created, with each flow showing how many conversations it has handled.
When a message needs to be sent to a customer, the Pidiga system first shows a draft and only sends it after confirmation.
As a BSP (Business Solution Provider) or integration layer, Pidiga shields the complexity of the underlying WhatsApp API.
Users can start using Pidiga for free via app.pridiga.com.
