Vercel's geolocation resolution is now based on the "physical termination location" (the data center where traffic actually terminates) rather than on RIR static registration records, when a subnet is announced by a hosting provider but the actual traffic terminates in a data center in another country.
RIR records are essentially administrative registration information and do not reflect which data center a given IP is actually sending traffic from at a given moment.
Convolving the room impulse response (RIR) obtained from simulation with clean speech can synthesize audio that sounds as if it were recorded in that space, and can be used for data augmentation in speech recognition models.
