StarRTT
A real-time RTT prediction framework for LEO satellite networks such as Starlink; by integrating second-level serving-satellite identification with RTT prediction end to end, it eliminates the identification blind spot at the end of the scheduling period and improves real-time prediction accuracy.
Timeline (last 90 days)
The StarRTT framework integrates per-second serving-satellite identification and RTT prediction into a single end-to-end framework, no longer waiting for the scheduling period to end before updating satellite information, but instead continuously identifying the serving satellite at second-level granularity and feeding it into the prediction model in real time.
The StarRTT framework relies on TLE propagation and per-second identification, and its computational overhead and identification stability in actual deployment still require further verification.
StarRTT's backtesting is based on a specific constellation configuration and link conditions, and its generalization ability across constellations and frequency bands has not yet been discussed.
